The S2B Program makes it possible to recruit the best students or recent graduates from leading universities/colleges that have been active in Microsoft academic programs like Imagine Cup and Microsoft Student Partners or have spent time learning and using Microsoft technologies.
Employers should identify a project that could be done either as an internship or as a job, determine the competencies needed for students to be successful and elect to make these offers visable in the S2B section of portal.
Internships offer a channel through which Partners can communicate to local universities/colleges the competencies required to innovate and operate a People Ready business. By sharing this information, Microsoft is able to work closely with the local universities/colleges to offer specialised curriculum and training resources.
